Presentation Summary

 Traumatic Brain Injury in Neuropathophysiology:
We talk about quality of health being a major predictor of longevity. The anti-aging movement has been predicated based upon the restoration of hormones that rekindle youthfulness.  Aging and genetics were once thought to be the primary causative factor in precipitating hormonal deficiencies. It is now evident that traumas to the head and body can cause a rapid decline in the regulation of these hormones.  This presentation promotes the position that trauma begets hormonal deficiencies that affect who and what we are.  The mounting number of daily suicides, is a reflection of this condition which curtails longevity.
