Most of the diseases we call "aging" share an upstream cause that almost nobody treats. At the tissue level they converge on the same failure: the microvasculature, the smallest blood vessels in the body, degrades with age. Capillaries drop out, perfusion falls, and the cells downstream lose the oxygen and nutrients they need to function. They do not die immediately. They go dormant.
