Most of us take the struggle and sacrifice of life for granted. We struggle for financial well-being, personal achievement, even love. We’re so used to it we barely notice how weighed down we are. But nothing ages us more than these burdens we carry.

The most powerful longevity hack available today is getting out of the struggle and sacrifice considered “normal” life. The real spirit of longevity is to love life, and yes, to love your human body. Yet how many of us really live this creed? It’s impossible to do this consistently within the mortality paradigm.

But we have another program in us, which is free of the struggle of survival, which I call our immortal inheritance. A few years back I had an awakening to this immortal inheritance and it has changed my life. Yes, it’s a spiritual experience. No, it does not exclude science.

You don’t have to learn how to do this—it’s already inside you. That’s what my book The Gospel of Longevity is about.

Aging is the dominant risk factor underlying most chronic diseases.32 Rather than treating cancer, dementia, heart disease, and frailty as separate phenomena, increasing numbers of influential individuals recognize that most degenerative diseases are downstream consequences of aging biology. And while improved healthspan is an often-stated objective, the benefit of increased lifespan is being recognized as a bridge to future advances in medicine. In other words, individuals today may benefit by engaging in interventions to remain alive long enough to benefit from revolutionary rejuvenation therapies. This is one of several motivating factors that is causing billions of dollars of mostly private money to go toward longevity research… enabling a virtual tsunami of discoveries/innovation.

Recently, a paper emerged in Frontiers in Genetics with Dr. Adiv Johnson as the first and corresponding author. This talk focuses in on the results of that research, which began by scouring the literature to identify human interventional studies that explored the impact of a therapeutic on ta least one next-generation epigenetic aging clock. Unlike first-generation models that are simply trained to predict chronological age, next-generation clocks are more responsive to interventions, are more significantly associated with all-cause mortality risk in longitudinal data, and are more adept at capturing health and disease signals.

A systematic search-based approach unveiled 41 studies that collectively explored a variety of interventions in humans. The research found that, on the whole, these next-generation models are responsive to pharmacological, lifestyle, nutraceutical, psychosocial, and more experimental interventions, including exercise, a plant-rich diet, omega-3 fatty acids, the GLP-1 receptor agonist semaglutide, and ketamine. Many therapeutics failed to move the needle on these clocks, such as rapamycin or nicotinamide riboside. Prominent differences were also observed in terms of clock usage and performance. This broad analysis of the literature additionally highlighted areas where next-generation clocks could be furthered improved, which is critical as a major goal of the aging clock field is to develop biomarkers that act as surrogates for lifespan and healthspan. If such surrogates could be created, then the ability to run expedited human longevity studies would be unlocked.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is arguably the most powerful tool in the history of mankind. Its capabilities and intelligence are now growing exponentially, as AIs are increasingly being used to help build and train other AIs. AI is rapidly advancing virtually every field of science—mathematics, quantum physics, quantum computing, engineering, astrophysics, and, yes, biomedical and longevity science.

Users of AI are beginning to fall into two distinct camps:

• Those who use AI to avoid doing the work themselves.
They don’t want to learn, think, analyze, or make decisions for themselves, and they are perfectly happy to let someone, or something, else do it for them. In time, this risks weakening the very cognitive abilities they are outsourcing. “Use it or lose it.”

• Those who use AI as a collaborative partner.
They use its intelligence to augment rather than replace their own, helping them learn faster, think more deeply, challenge assumptions, and make better-informed decisions. IF you’re going to use AI for your health and longevity, this is the kind of user you need to be.

I've been told, by renowned doctors, that four different things about my body were irreversible. All four moved. This session isn't really about that — it's about why everyone was so sure they couldn't, and what that means for you if you're a woman navigating this space.

If you're at RAADfest, you already suspect the "normal" you were handed doesn't fit you. Here's the part most longevity content skips: it's not a hunch, it's history. Most of the reference ranges and formulas medicine still runs on — heart rate zones, hormone ranges, cardiovascular risk models — were built on cohorts that excluded women outright until 1993. You're not imagining that your labs, your wearable, and your doctor keep missing something. The dataset was never built to see you.

I bring 40 years of a single continuous N=1 record — 180+ biomarkers, decisions I made and tracked starting at 16 — as a stress test of that gap. Not because my data is special, but because it's instrumented enough to show, mechanistically, where "irreversible" was actually just "nobody kept investigating." Five times, a decline I was told to accept turned out to have an upstream driver, a mechanism, a test, and a lever. This session walks through all five — what the wrong explanation looked like, what the real one was, and the general principle each one teaches, so you can run the same method on your own data.

The longevity world is spending heavily on peptides to boost growth hormone, recovery, and healthspan — while overlooking the largest growth-hormone pulse of the day, released for free during deep sleep. This talk unpacks the real science of sleep-linked GH secretion, grades the popular sleep and longevity peptides against the actual evidence, and shows why protecting deep sleep is the foundation that makes every other protocol work.

Everyone is talking about mitochondria these days. Cellular medicine is the most powerful treatment method to healing. Stem cells support and provide healthy structure and function to each organ system in the body.

Mitochondria are the most important cell components that maintain stem cell function and even rate of aging. Optimizing stem cell mitochondria may help prevent the deterioration of stem cell function as we age. This short presentation explains the synergies and power of combining mitochondrial peptides to optimize mitochondrial function.

As a Board- Certified Dermatologist, I share best practices for having more healthy, beautiful skin for a lifetime. I will speak about my research in precancer/skin cancer prevention using topical retinoids as well as laser and light therapies. I will also share best practices on skin care that actually takes 6- 8 years off your skin age in one year. Combined with lasers and light - we routinely change tru skin age by up to 10 years in a single year. Will also share how we are decreasing clients' biological age with use of genomic and other testing followed by counseling on strategies for extending not only number of years but years lived with vitality.

Your body stopped writing its own prescriptions. Growth hormone signaling halves each decade after 30. GHK, the copper peptide that runs skin, hair, and wound repair drops more than 60% by your sixties. The thymus, where your immune cells are trained, shrinks roughly 75% between age 20 and 60. Mitochondrial peptides fade. Pineal signaling calcifies. Repair signals go quiet. Peptides aren't foreign chemicals. They're the messages your body has stopped sending. But the peptide market has outrun the peptide science, and the loudest molecules are rarely the essential ones. Dr. Elizabeth Yurth separates the peptides you genuinely must replace to age well from the ones you're being sold.

Drawing on two decades of clinical practice at the cellular level, she'll walk the six systems where the loss is universal - repair, skin and structural, growth hormone, mitochondrial, immune, and circadian -naming the molecule that restores each one. Then she gets practical: which peptide to start with, how to source without buying counterfeit product, the labs to run before you start and again at 8–12 weeks, and why more is reliably worse. You'll leave knowing what you've actually lost, what's worth replacing first, and what to stop wasting money on.

Most of the diseases we call "aging" share an upstream cause that almost nobody treats. Coronary artery disease, Parkinson's, dementia, Type-2 diabetes, non-healing wounds, and chronic neuropathic pain look like separate problems with separate specialists. At the tissue level they converge on the same failure: the microvasculature, the smallest blood vessels in the body, degrades with age. Capillaries drop out, perfusion falls, and the cells downstream lose the oxygen and nutrients they need to function. They do not die immediately. They go dormant.

Dr. Jack Jacobs, Chief Scientific Officer of Zhittya Genesis Medicine, will explain the biology of that failure and the case for reversing it with FGF-1, a naturally occurring human protein that signals the body to build new capillaries and repair existing ones. He will cover the promising data observed in over 400 patients dosed to date across cardiovascular disease, Parkinson's, Type-2 diabetes, and chronic wounds, including a 21% increase in cerebral blood flow measured by fMRI.

Within the category of the Immune system, the Mast cell is an underappreciated culprit of the aging process. These cells, which are integral to the workings of the innate immune system, are also increasingly destructive, releasing key proteases and substances that dissolve tissues and precipitate more and more disease as we age.

Unfortunately mast cells increase in tissues over time, and controlling their degranulation and consequent release of destructive substances is critical in the process of controlling age-related pathology.

Ivan Morgunov presents the scientific rationale for combining AAV9-Follistatin gene therapy with VEGF plasmid gene therapy to support complementary aspects of muscle health: muscle growth and vascular support. He will share Unlimited Bio’s preclinical data and initial clinical data collected to date

Bone is the tissue most people assume they cannot change, and it may be the one that tells you the most about how you are aging. Low bone density predicts mortality, frailty, and loss of independence. Yet most people are handed a score and two options: take a drug, or wait and watch the number get worse. Neither one explains why the bone is being lost, and neither one tells you whether what you are doing about it is working.

Dr. Doug Lucas is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who left the operating room to work exclusively on bone health. In this session he walks through the protocol he uses to find the cause of bone loss, act on it, and measure the response. You will learn how to weigh your fracture risk against your own time horizon, so a decision about medication becomes a choice rather than a default. You will learn what DEXA and REMS each measure, why density and strength are not the same thing, and how often to scan. And you will learn the two bone turnover markers that reveal whether you are building faster than you are breaking down, and why reading them together predicts hip fracture risk better than either number alone.

From there the talk turns to what to actually do. What kind of loading moved bone density in the trials and what only maintains it. How much protein the evidence supports, and where Dr. Doug goes beyond it in his own practice and why. Which bone supplements hold up under scrutiny, along with several popular ones that failed their best trials.

The session includes two member cases with their own scan data tracked across two and three years, shared with permission. Every recommendation is one you can take to your own physician and act on.
